Cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled procedure date will forfeit of the deposit, which is non-refundable. Rescheduling requests made more than 7 days before the scheduled procedure date are allowed without penalty. Rescheduling less than 7 days before the scheduled procedure is subject to our availability and may not be possible.
