Cancellation Policy

However, to ensure fairness to both our clients and our team, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled procedure date will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled procedure date will forfeit of the deposit, which is non-refundable. Rescheduling requests made more than 7 days before the scheduled procedure date are allowed without penalty. Rescheduling less than 7 days before the scheduled procedure is subject to our availability and may not be possible.
